Returns Policy



Returns Policy (Updated 14/04/08)

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase.  All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with swing tags attached.  Shipping fees are non refundable.  Items that are found to be defective will be offered a full refund including the original shipping costs.  We offer a full refund on items with the exception of the following:

  • Pre-order items  - That are either cancelled or returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please read our pre-orders policy for more information.
  • Final Clearance - Items marked specifically as FINAL CLEARANCE can be returned for a full store credit minus original shipping fees, we do not offer refunds on items marked as final clearance.
  • Swimwear - We do not offer refunds on swimwear items, you may return them for a size exchange or store credit (minus shipping fees).
  • Custom Items - Items that are specifically ordered on a customers behalf are not returnable.  i.e. Caden Lane Bedding / Bags, Custom Tutus, Custom Pettiskirts, Concierge orders, Custom Jewellery, Custom Hair Accessories

**SHIPPING POLICY **

We understand that once an order has been placed, you'll want to receive your garments without delay. We courier  / post 3 times per week and we will do our best to ship orders within 3 working days of confirmed payments.  Please contact us for urgent deliveries.

** SECURE CREDIT CARD PROCESS **

We are very security conscious and take credit card security very seriously. All credit card details are collected and processed under very strict security controls by Paymate NZ on our behalf. We never see your credit card details unless you phone your order through, and in this case, your details will be destroyed as soon as the transaction has been processed. We GUARANTEE your details are collected and processed in the most secure manner possible.

** PRIVACY **

We respect your privacy. We GUARANTEE we will never disclose or sell your details to any third party (except where required by law).

As with everything, there is always fine print! We've tried to explain our guarantee and returns policy below as clearly as we can. If you have any questions at all, please contact us.

Our Promise to You:

  • At Dew Drops, we pride ourselves on only selling quality kiddies clothing.
  • In the unlikely event a garment is found to be defective, we will replace it with an identical garment if there is one in stock. Otherwise, you will be offered a full refund or store credit (including postage costs).
  • In most other cases (see Return Conditions below) we will refund the purchase price of the returned item LESS postage costs.
  • Our normal practice is to refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) to your credit card. New Zealand residents only, the refund can be made to your bank account via internet banking or paid by cheque. Alternatively “Store Credit” is also available if you would like to select other item(s) to purchase. Please let us know which option you prefer.
    • If you wish to receive a refund to your card or bank account, please include your credit card details or bank account number with the returned package.
    • If you wish us to send a cheque instead, please ensure you let us have your correct address details.
