PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card - Visa / Mastercard via Paymate (Checkout is set up for this method)
• Credit Card via paypal.  Customers who have Paypal accounts may send payments to our paypal account.  The address for these payments is paypal@dewdrops.co.nz 
• Internet direct banking is available for our New Zealand customers, details for this option are found at the bottom of your customer email confirmations.
• Cheque - We accept cheques from our New Zealand customers, details for this option are found at the bottom of your customer email confirmations.
• Lay-by - We do offer a lay-by service for our New Zealand & Australian customers.  Our standard policy is a 25% holding deposit with the balance payable within 4 weeks of the order date.  All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

HOW TO ORDER 

Please select the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking "Order" in each description. You are then taken through to the shopping cart where you are given the option of checking out and paying for your purchase(s) or continuing to shop, in which case you will be taken back to the category you were just in.

Completed orders are confirmed immediately via email where you will receive your order number. If you are making payment via internet banking / cheque / lay-by, please refer to the bottom of your automated confirmation email with all the information you will require to complete your payment. If you wish to apply for lay-by, please choose this option, you will then be required to choose how you will be paying for the lay-by, either by credit card or internet banking.  You will also be asked what your deposit payment will be (minimum is 25% of the purchase amount).  Orders will be processed next business day (if not before). We endeavour to ship within 2 working days of your completed payment.  Please note, if you choose to make payment by personal or business cheque, your order will not be sent until your cheque has cleared (5 working days from date of banking). Again, an email will be sent once your order is dispatched.

If you would prefer us to process your order manually, please email us, we are more than happy to oblige.

Availability

There is normally just 1 of each item available (unless otherwise stated).  While all care is taken to ensure all items listed in the boutique are available for purchase, some items may in fact be sold out.  If this is the case with an item in your order you will be notified via email or phone and offered a refund, or you will be able to choose another item to the same value without incurring another shipping charge.

Payment Policy

Payments made by credit card will be approved or declined immediately.  If you are resident in New Zealand and wish to make payment by internet banking or by cheque, your payment must reach us within 7 days of us forwarding our details for payment. If we have not received your payment within the 7 days, we will email you first to advise your payment has not been received and if we receive no response or an unsatisfactory reason for the delay in payment, the item(s) you ordered will be returned to stock and available for sale.

Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available. Please select the item(s) you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout. You must then select your desired shipping destination and click on "add shipping". The cart will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you. You may then proceed to the next page. We have tried to ensure the shipping costs are as accurate as possible, however if there is a substantial difference between the price we've calculated and the actual cost, we will refund the difference at our discretion.

All international orders will be sent via Airmail through New Zealand Post with delivery targets of 3 to 10 working days. Extra insurance will be taken out where necessary at no further cost to you. Please ensure you provide us with a street address for delivery. International orders WILL NOT be delivered to PO Box addresses.

We do ship to most countries. If your shipping destination is not listed in the shipping options, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Gift Service

We offer a extra service for purchases intended as gifts.  We have several options catered to your specific budget.  We will include a 'complimentary' gift card if requested, you can put in your personal message in the comments box at the checkout. For a small fee we can gift wrap your purchase and also include the gift card.  You can select this option at the checkout, and we will provide the appropriate gift wrap for the occasion.  If you want us to include a small soft toy (popular for new arrivals) or confectionary, we will be happy to provide this for you.  Just email us with your specific request at admin@dewdrops.co.nz

Privacy Policy

Dew Drops respects your privacy and we WILL NOT sell or distribute to any third party any personal information that you have provided us. The information you provide is ONLY used to process your order, add to our mailing list (if you so request) and answer your questions or queries. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding our privacy policy.

Secure Online Ordering

All credit card payments are processed through Paymate NZ secure site and servers. All credit card details you submit are collected securely by Paymate NZ and we only receive approval notification together with your order details. You can check to see if your transaction is secure by looking for a locked lock or solid gold key at the foot of your browser window. If you are still unsure about supplying your credit card details via this method, please email us and we will process your order manually via an alternative method.
